What data do we collect, and how do we collect it? When you sign up for a cressix.com account, we collect your full name, email address, and postal address. This information allows us to provide our services and, in some cases, verify your payment details when you top up your account. cressix.com does not share any personal data with third parties except when required for the service to function properly. This information is only collected during account registration and only if the user enters it voluntarily. We do not store any personal information about your visits that is not explicitly provided.

By registering at cressix.com, the user is deemed to have given consent to the processing of their personal data. The withdrawal applies only to data processed based on consent. Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes GDPR.

When using the AI chat, our system leverages the Gemini API to generate responses. Please note that this process involves the use of your data to help address your queries.
